What it is
Tap IP 2 is the control surface for a Logitech meeting room. People walk in, the display wakes, and one tap starts the scheduled meeting. It also handles content sharing, mute and camera on/off. It pairs with a video bar such as the Rally Bar 2, and you pick the meeting platform (see our platform guide).

Planning notes
The controller needs a PoE-enabled network port at the table or wall location, or a PoE injector. We confirm cable paths and switch capacity during the walkthrough, and choose the mount that suits the table. See our scoping guide for what else shapes a room project.
